What does a standard yacht charter include?
Each charter comes with an experienced crew, all necessary safety gear, fuel, and standard refreshments. Services vary depending on the charter type—for example, sunset cruises come with premium snacks and beverages, whereas business charters offer conference amenities and corporate catering options.
When should I make a reservation?
Booking at least 2–3 weeks before your planned date is advisable, and longer during high season (May–September). For business gatherings or private parties, reserve 4–6 weeks in advance for better selection and to accommodate custom arrangements.
What is the procedure if the weather is bad?
Our priority is always safety. Should the captain consider weather conditions to be hazardous, we will propose a new date for your charter or provide a full refund. Weather is monitored vigilantly, and we will reach out if there are any concerns 24 hours before your set departure time.
Am I allowed to bring my own refreshments?
Certainly, you're free to bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks onboard. We also provide exceptional catering services and can tailor our menu offerings to your taste. Note that for safety, glassware is not permitted on the yacht.
Do you have yachts that accommodate guests with mobility restrictions?
We endeavor to serve all of our guests. Some of our yachts are designed to be more accommodating. Let us know your requirements when you arrange for your booking, and we'll guide you to select the most appropriate yacht and ensure the correct facilities are in place.
Could you explain your cancellation policy?
If you cancel more than 72 hours before departure, you will be fully refunded. Cancellations occurring between 24–72 hours are eligible for a 50% refund. Within 24 hours, cancellations are generally non-refundable, unless the reason is due to unsafe weather conditions or mechanical issues on our end.
