3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

To arrange for a charter, you are required to:

  • Be a minimum of 18 years old
  • Supply precise and complete data
  • Remit the stipulated deposit as outlined in your reservation confirmation

3.2 Confirmation

A booking is only secured after we receive your payment and provide you with written confirmation. We maintain the prerogative to deny service to any individual at our discretion.

Your charter depends on both the vessel availability and suitable meteorological conditions. We'll endeavor to accommodate your preferred timings and dates.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All quoted prices are in € and encompass applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Price alterations may be enacted without prior notification.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Initial Deposit: 50% of the complete charter cost payable upon reservation
  • Final Payment: Due 48 hours prior to the charter's commencement
  • Additional fees (as applicable): Payable at the conclusion of the charter

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, electronic funds transfers, and bank-certified cheques. Payment processing employs encrypted and secure methods.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • With a notice beyond 72 hours before departure: Full repayment less transaction fees
  • Within 24-72 hours prior to departure: Refunded at 50%
  • Less than 24 hours before departure: Non-refundable

5.2 Weather Cancellations

If the captain deems weather conditions as unsafe, we will propose to:

  • Reschedule the charter to another available date at no extra expense
  • Issue a complete refund if rescheduling isn't feasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

Should there be mechanical issues with your designated yacht, we will strive to furnish an appropriate replacement. If that proves unattainable, we will remit a full reimbursement.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All patrons must:

  • Heed all instructions from the crew
  • Adorn compulsory safety apparatus when necessary
  • Declare any health conditions that might affect their wellbeing
  • Stay within assigned sections of the vessel

6.2 Prohibited Items

The ensuing items are forbidden aboard:

  • Glass containers
  • Illicit drugs
  • Guns or any form of weaponry
  • Excessive amounts of drinks (surpassing reasonable consumption)
  • Animals (except with prior authorization)

6.3 Conduct

Passengers are required to act respectfully. We reserve the right to conclude a charter prematurely without reimbursement if passenger conduct endangers safety or interrupts the voyage for others.
